Holy Sepulcher School is pleased to offer an Extended Care program for students needing after school care. Extended care will be available on school days from 3:00pm-6:00pm. During this time, students will be able to complete homework, read, or choose an activity of their choice while supervised by qualified adults who have met all clearance requirements. Weather permitting, the students will go outside to play. The program will be available for families requiring either regularly scheduled or occasional care. A monthly calendar will be provided upon which each family’s anticipated attendance must be recorded and turned in to the Extended Care staff. The staff must be notified of any changes in attendance via either note, email or a phone call. For occasional needs please contact the office preferably the day prior, but at least the morning of, the day you wish your child/children to stay.
Payment for the Extended Care program will be accepted on a monthly basis. You will receive a statement at the end of each month and will be billed accordingly. For every hour your child is in the Extended Day program, the cost is $5.00.
